No Returns / No Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Please ensure that you carefully review the product details, images, size, and description before making a purchase.

We do not offer refunds for any products under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect selection

• Personal preference

• Delays caused by courier partners

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and quality checks.
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:  shreeriddhisiddhijewellers01@gmail.com

Include:

• Order ID

• Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

• Images of the product and packaging

Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for review.

After verification, we will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution at our discretion. This does not guarantee a refund or exchange.
